Tu Shandong  (1961—  )， adjunct professor of Nanjing Tech, who graduated in 1982 with a major in  Chemical Machinery of Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology (the origin of NanjingTech). In 1985 and 1988, he obtained a master degree and a PhD degree in chemical process machinery. He was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2019. His research focus is on the safety technology and development of high temperature and pressure equipment.
